Palestinians Banned Over Street Violence

Palestinians have been banned from four Israeli cities,
including the commercial capital Tel Aviv as public
fears increase on the ongoing street attacks between
Israelis and Palestinians.
The decision comes as parents demanded that swift
action have led to more armed guards at school gates
and increased police patrols in cities.
43 Palestinians and seven Israelis have been killed in
recent street violence, which was partly triggered by
Palestinians' anger over what they see as increased
Jewish encroachment on Jerusalem's al-Aqsa mosque
compound.
Israel's cabinet also imposed more security measures
on Sunday after new stabbings were reported on
Saturday.
And President Netanyahu has rejected a proposal made
by France that international observers be placed at the
al-Aqsa mosque compound.
The Israeli leader is angry that the French plan doesn't
mention Palestinian terrorism, adding that only Israel
could guarantee the protection of holy sites such as the
Temple Mount.
Netanyahu is expected to meet U.S. Secretary of State
John Kerry in Germany in the coming week as part of
an effort by Washington to restore calm.
