Are you an up and coming Modest Fashion Designer based in Nigeria?
Would you like to showcase your work at The Essence Family & Fashion Fair?
We will be selecting 10 talented designers to compete for the crown of The Essence Designer of the Year 2016!
Here's how to enter:
Round one: email us with a picture of yourself, answering the following questions:
- what does the Essence of the hijab means to you?
- what inspired you to start your fashion brand?
- where do you see your brand in the next 5 years?
Email ceo@zahrazakariya.com, entries close on midnight on Sunday 1st November.
Round two: myself and a panel of judges will short list a group of designers.
If you are contacted you will have to share pictures of your previous work with us as well as photos or sketches of your collection for the fashion show.
If selected as one of the lucky 10 designers, you will need to create 10 outfits for the runway and pay a fee of N30,000 to participate.
Models will be provided on the day. To audition to be a model send your stats( bust-waist-hips-height) and full length photo to ceo@zahrazakariya.com! All shapes and sizes welcome!
