 LilWayne is trying to get his sex tape removed from the internet.

According to TMZ, Weezy's legal team fired off a cease and desist letter Hollywood Street King the blog that posted clips from the leaked tape starring Wayne and two women.

The letter is demanding that the site remove the video within 5 days or face legal action.

“We hereby demand that you immediately cease the use, exploitation and/or distribution of the Video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter's rights in the future.”
